There is no guarantee that you will get the perfect pet unless you buy from a reputable breeder. Still, it is impossible to foresee the condition and temperament of the dog in adulthood if you see it at 4 or 8 weeks of age. Much depends on the living condition in your home and your ability to train the dog properly. If you have a baby, avoid very dominant and aggressive dogs.
